Our battery packs have won numerous Regional and National Championship all over the world. In November of 2008, we secured our biggest victory in the history of the company- the 2008 IFMAR World Championship in touring car. This is one of the most difficult events to win. Marc Rheinard captured the victory using our matched sub-c cells in his 1/10 sedan.

SMC has primarily been recognized as a leader in matched sub-c batteries and stick packs. Recently, we have ventured into the Lipo market and have been fortunate to experience continued success with this line of products. We are one of the only companies in the R/C industry to have an exclusive agreement with one of the premier Lipo manufacturers in the world. Our supplier is an expert at manufacturing high quality, high C rate cells for both R/C vehicles and aircraft. With an emphasis on cycle life and performance, the SMC line of Lipos has already garnered an excellent reputation with drivers and pilots alike.
