Our progress is your runtime benefit!  Our LiHV surface pack formulation keeps performance AND adds runtime. Our previous HCL-HC packs produced terrific power at maximum capacities, while competing LiHV packs tend to not have low enough internal resistance.
We’ve not been happy with the LiHV formulations to date. They have compromised too much cell performance for the trade-off in runtime gain. We knew that improved materials and better formulations of LiHV cells would eventually get there, and we’re happy to announce that the time is now.

Our HCL-HVC line will now feature LiHV cells. And as we’ve pushed these materials and formulations, we might have outdone ourselves as these new LiHV formulations have slightly lower internal resistance than previous series of HCL-HC.

Now you can charge up to 4.35V per cell on the new generation packs and boast even more runtime for the same size pack with a boost in power. And if you are more comfortable charging at the classic 4.20V per cell, 15% less than the sticker’s mAh but due to lower internal resistance you will still get good power.
